Relooking of our Digital Assistant!
At Shortways, this end of year is marked by the launch of Shortways Assistant’s new version. Following the request of our customers, Shortways Assistant has been modernized with the adoption of a new user interface to better meet the expectations of the latter and improve their user experience.
Say bye bye to the Shortways toolbar: the Assistant now offers a context-sensitive window that displays available content to the user based on the page is working on. The user will now have access to Step-by-steps, Context-sensitive Help and News depending on the screen he is visiting. He will therefore immediately have the most suited assistance to his needs.
As Shortways’ CEO, Toan Nguyen says : “With the arrival of chatbots and the generalization of personal assistants, this new version of Shortways Assistant is fully contributing to the improvement of the user experience. It allows a HCM or ERP user to be guided or to get answers more quickly and efficiently. Shortways Assistant allows our customers to divide their support loads up to a factor of 10 and enter the era of digital change management”.

We have not finish pampering you! Another novelty is coming soon: contextual FAQ. Thanks to this new feature that will complement the features already offered by our solution, the user will have access to the most recurring questions within his/her company and directly have a one-click access to solutions and help. And of course, the questions will be related to the screen the user is working on. A saving time for the user who will be more productive and who will take more control over his/her software.
