As a certified Workday partner, NGA conducted a survey revealing “significant desire to expand Workday usage and increase adoption in the coming year, which speaks to the platform’s value”.
The survey makes a focus on the Human Capital Management module. A module that unifies Human Resources, Benefits, Talent Management (deployed by 30.4% of respondents) , Payroll (deployed by 20% of respondents), Time and Attendance, and Recruiting (deployed by only 7% of respondents).
What about application management?
The study reveals that Workday maintenance requires time investment.
- 75.3% of respondents have 3-4 staff supporting their Workday maintenance
- 60.4% of companies have staff spending 3-4 days per month supporting Workday maintenance
- 79% claim that Human Resources becomes responsible for the two annual major Workday updates
Top Strategic Objective
69.3% of respondents claim that their top strategic objective for their Workday solution is to increase user adoption and improve employee experience.
