Vinci’s HRIS Transformation Challenge was at Oracle Open World Europe!
For the second time, Oracle Open World Europe took place in London on last February 12 and 13 2020.
Caroline Rousié-Villemin, HRIS Director with Vinci group was there to testify on her Oracle HCM Cloud journey.
Vinci is a global player in construction and concessions employing over 222,000 people in nearly 120 countries.
Vinci has been an early adopter of the Oracle HCM Cloud solution (2012!). It takes into account Vinci’s DNA and context: think globally, act locally, and use individually.
The Vitalis solution based on Oracle HCM Cloud supports Performance management, Talent management and Compensation Review processes for 44k users in 100 countries.
Today user needs have changed and all HR processes need to be supported. So, Vinci decided to focus on user adoption to meet these new challenges. In that purpose Vinci selected the Shortways digital adoption platform.
Caroline demoed how the Shortways Assistant could help managers, employees or HR people to set goals step-by-step or get performance review guidelines using FAQs.
Using the Shortways digital adoption platform, Vinci will avoid workaround behaviour and support best practices on HR processes within the tool. Caroline’s objective is also to use Shortways on her other HR solutions (recruiting and social reporting) so that employees get a consistent user experience on all the HR tools.
Thank you, Caroline, for your return on experience and good luck for this new adoption challenge!
