As an investor, constructor, and operator of buildings and infrastructures, VINCI is a major player in the transformation of cities and territories across 120 countries.

With more than 222,000 collaborators, 290,000 worksites per year, and 3,200 business units, VINCI is committed to helping building a more sustainable world.

VINCI has deployed Talentsoft’s Recruitment module to manage both internal mobility offers and external recruitment offers.

As the group is decentralized, a platform bringing together the processes common to all divisions for 600 internal recruiters had to be created.

The goal was to improve the adoption of their recruitment tool, VINCI JOBS, and to promote good tool practices.



Integration of Shortways Assistant with Talentsoft Teams

Support the onboarding of the 600 recruiters

VINCI chose to make easier the use of its Talentsoft recruitment tool by calling on Shortways Teams to integrate Shortways’ digital adoption platform in the back-office part to assist recruiters, and in the front-office part for internal mobility only.

Thanks to the coordination between the different teams, the training content on the recruitment tool has been personalized as closely as possible to the needs:

  • step-by-step on scoring, preparing applications, …
  • notifications to help find offers based on their location, etc.

Availability of the Shortways solution within 3 weeks for better support.

Thanks to more than 38,000 interactions with the Shortways Assistant, VINCI was able to automate its first level of support to assist and train its employees in getting started with Talentsoft.

Thus, despite a very decentralized organization, tool communication has been improved, the number of user requests to IT support and therefore its workload have been reduced significantly.
