D\u2019une part, au travers de la gestion d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e d\u2019une partie de leurs activit\u00e9s, et d\u2019autre part, par la rationalisation des offres internes de formation et les budgets associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La formation informelle est-elle une tendance qui se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les entreprises fran\u00e7aises qui ont pu prendre du retard sur la d\u00e9mocratisation du blended learning, souhaitent aujourd\u2019hui passer directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante : <strong>la mise en place de dispositifs de formation compl\u00e8tement digitalis\u00e9s, alternant le formel et l\u2019informel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elles doivent parvenir \u00e0 structurer, exploiter et capitaliser le savoir de leurs sachants via <strong>une formation informelle mais organis\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par exemple, nous travaillons avec une compagnie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re qui souhaitait totalement abandonner le pr\u00e9sentiel, principalement dans un objectif d\u2019optimisation de ses dispositifs de formation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous leur avons propos\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des parcours de formation vari\u00e9s : \u00e9coute de podcast, lecture d\u2019un article, discussion avec un coll\u00e8gue, \u00e9changes avec un mentor, visite d\u2019un site, mobile learning, serious game\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019avantage de ces parcours de formation, au-del\u00e0 des aspects budg\u00e9taires, est que <strong>l\u2019apprentissage est continu<\/strong>, qu\u2019il suit le collaborateur tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re, tout en organisant l\u2019\u00e9change et le partage de savoirs. Nous ne sommes plus dans une communication unilat\u00e9rale avec des logiques de territoires de r\u00e9tention, mais bien dans <strong>une culture de partage de l\u2019information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En mati\u00e8re de formation aux logiciels, avez-vous not\u00e9 des changements ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos clients ont pass\u00e9 les \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9ploiement de lourds ERP avec des volumes important de populations \u00e0 former. Les projets de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information actuels se concentrent sur le d\u00e9ploiement de mont\u00e9es de versions ou \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019interfaces utilisateur plus ergonomiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De fait, animer des formations en pr\u00e9sentiel pour des milliers de personnes n\u2019est plus n\u00e9cessaire. Ces utilisateurs \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 matures sur leur logiciel, il devient possible de totalement <strong>les autonomiser dans leur mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence<\/strong>. Les entreprises r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 des <strong>dispositifs d\u2019ePSS<\/strong> (electronic Performance Support System), que l\u2019on pourrait qualifier de <strong>formation en temps r\u00e9el<\/strong>, qui apportent <strong>une aide en ligne contextualis\u00e9e et dynamique<\/strong> (instructions, proc\u00e9dures, etc.), voire m\u00eame des informations pr\u00e9dictives.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment doit-on aborder la formation informelle ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Une r\u00e9flexion autour de chaque savoir \u00e0 transmettre doit \u00eatre men\u00e9e<\/strong>, permettant l\u2019identification des sujets et vecteurs les mieux adapt\u00e9s pour chaque type de population. Ensuite vient la d\u00e9finition des parcours de formation combinant ces savoirs et ces vecteurs &#8211; dont l\u2019informel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois cette r\u00e9flexion aboutie, il faut <strong>rendre la formation informelle attractive et engageante<\/strong>, \u00eatre certain que les collaborateurs vont y adh\u00e9rer et y trouver un int\u00e9r\u00eat plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une contrainte : des briques d\u2019apprentissages ergonomiques, l\u00e9g\u00e8res et courtes. On peut m\u00eame mettre en place de l\u2019incitatif \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de ces dispositif, comme par exemple des modalit\u00e9s de challenge ou de r\u00e9compenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par exemple, tous les collaborateurs Accenture sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 partager des informations sur le r\u00e9seau social interne. Nous avons acquis le r\u00e9flexe d\u2019y chercher de l\u2019information. Nous sommes \u00e9galement incit\u00e9s \u00e0 contribuer et \u00e0 alimenter ce dispositif de formation informelle au travers de points et m\u00e9dailles.
