Les obstacles rencontr\u00e9s ne sont pas uniquement techniques : ils trouvent souvent leur origine dans la culture et la maturit\u00e9 propres \u00e0 chaque entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Le manque de gouvernance, l\u2019insuffisance de formation continue, une communication trop limit\u00e9e ou encore les r\u00e9sistances au changement freinent l\u2019appropriation des outils. Forte variabilit\u00e9 selon les m\u00e9tiers et la culture d\u2019entreprise \ud83e\uddd1\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83d\udcbb\u200b\ud83d\udc77\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\u200b\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udf73<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les directions financi\u00e8res, habitu\u00e9es \u00e0 des processus structur\u00e9s, s\u2019adaptent plus ais\u00e9ment aux logiques applicatives d\u2019Oracle.\u00a0\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, les \u00e9quipes op\u00e9rationnelles jugent souvent l\u2019outil trop rigide ou \u00e9loign\u00e9 de leurs besoins. Comme l\u2019a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 un intervenant : &#8220;<em>On ne parle pas du m\u00eame monde<\/em>&#8220;, illustrant l\u2019\u00e9cart de maturit\u00e9 entre populations m\u00e9tier. Manque de formation continue et de relais internes apr\u00e8s la mise en production \ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udfeb<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Une fois le projet d\u00e9ploy\u00e9, l\u2019accompagnement s\u2019essouffle, laissant les utilisateurs sans appui face aux \u00e9volutions de l\u2019outil. Sans mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des comp\u00e9tences, la ma\u00eetrise fonctionnelle s\u2019\u00e9rode, freinant l\u2019ancrage des bonnes pratiques et l\u2019autonomie des \u00e9quipes. Plusieurs participants ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la m\u00eame difficult\u00e9 : &#8220;<em>C\u2019est un changement d\u2019infrastructure, pas encore un changement <\/em><em>d\u2019habitudes<\/em>&#8220;.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||30px||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1780af;\">3. Absence de gouvernance claire et de sponsor fort \ud83c\udfc6<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 ce manque de relais internes s\u2019ajoute une gouvernance souvent insuffisamment structur\u00e9e, marqu\u00e9e par l\u2019absence de sponsor fort pour porter la d\u00e9marche d\u2019adoption. Sans leadership clairement d\u00e9fini, les projets manquent de vision et d\u2019\u00e9lan collectif. Comme l\u2019a exprim\u00e9 un participant : &#8220;<em>En France, on consid\u00e8re encore la conduite du changement comme la cinqui\u00e8me roue du carrosse<\/em>&#8220;. Un pilotage engag\u00e9 et visible est pourtant essentiel pour f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes, donner du sens aux actions de formation et ancrer durablement l\u2019usage d\u2019Oracle dans la culture d\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||50px||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1780af;\">4. M\u00e9fiance entre int\u00e9grateurs et clients \ud83e\udd14\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Un autre frein majeur relev\u00e9 par les utilisateurs Oracle r\u00e9side dans la relation souvent complexe entre int\u00e9grateurs et clients, trop fr\u00e9quemment marqu\u00e9e par l\u2019opposition plut\u00f4t que par la collaboration. Les diff\u00e9rences d\u2019objectifs ou de rythme peuvent cr\u00e9er des incompr\u00e9hensions et ralentir la r\u00e9ussite du projet. Adaptation du produit au m\u00e9tier et non l\u2019inverse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Sur le plan culturel, les membres de l&#8217;AUFO rel\u00e8vent un \u00e9cart important entre les approches fran\u00e7aises et anglo-saxonnes. En France, les entreprises cherchent \u00e0 adapter la solution \u00e0 leurs processus m\u00e9tiers, privil\u00e9giant la personnalisation. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, on pr\u00e9f\u00e8re aligner le m\u00e9tier sur le produit, dans une logique de standardisation et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||30px||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1780af;\">6. Le \u201cchange management\u201d en recul, alors qu\u2019il reste d\u00e9terminant pour r\u00e9ussir \ud83d\udccb<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Souvent r\u00e9duit \u00e0 une simple phase de communication ou de formation, le change management perd son r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique d\u2019accompagnement au changement. Plusieurs participants ont regrett\u00e9 qu\u2019&#8221;<em>Il y a dix ans, c\u2019\u00e9tait syst\u00e9matiquement mentionn\u00e9 ; aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est comme si on l\u2019avait <\/em><em>oubli\u00e9<\/em>&#8220;. Ce recul affaiblit la dynamique d\u2019adh\u00e9sion des utilisateurs, alors qu\u2019un pilotage structur\u00e9 du changement reste essentiel pour ancrer durablement les nouveaux usages et garantir la pleine adoption des solutions Oracle.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||50px||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1780af;\">7. Ce manque de clart\u00e9 affaiblit le sentiment d\u2019adh\u00e9sion et entretient une m\u00e9fiance vis-\u00e0-vis du projet. Les \u00e9quipes fonctionnelles et techniques \u00e9voluent encore trop en silos, compliquant la traduction des besoins.
