Elle a permis de d\u00e9gager des grandes lignes, notamment en mati\u00e8re de support apport\u00e9 aux utilisateurs, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l\u2019enqu\u00eate qualitative.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9pondants cochaient des items dans des menus d\u00e9roulants, pouvaient indiquer des niveaux d\u2019importance et ajouter des commentaires si les options propos\u00e9es ne permettaient pas de bien prendre en compte leur situation.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de rendre compte de l\u2019\u00e9volution des pratiques sur l\u2019adoption du SIRH dans les entreprises, les r\u00e9sultats qui seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans cet article seront compar\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats obtenus lors des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9ditions men\u00e9es en 2019 et 2022, d\u00e8s que cela sera possible.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.20.0&#8243; De nombreuses entreprises ont une adoption partielle, voire absente de leur outil.<\/p>\n<p>Selon nos r\u00e9pondants, <span style=\"font-family: 'Metropolis Extra Bold'; font-weight: normal; color: #38abdd;\"><strong>la moyenne de l\u2019adoption\/appropriation du SIRH par leurs utilisateurs est de 3,5\/5<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la note moyenne d&#8217;adoption soit de 3,5\/5, <strong>ce r\u00e9sultat n&#8217;est pas uniforme et varie consid\u00e9rablement selon de multiples facteurs<\/strong> d\u00e9taill\u00e9s dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/shortways.com\/fr\/blog\/actualite\/5-freins-adoption-sirh-2024\/\">partie &#8220;Freins&#8221; du Livre Blanc<\/a>. L&#8217;adoption diff\u00e8re \u00e9galement en fonction du secteur d&#8217;activit\u00e9, de la taille de l&#8217;entreprise, des zones g\u00e9ographiques o\u00f9 elle op\u00e8re, ainsi que du processus RH concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il semble donc difficile d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une vision globale de l&#8217;adoption dans les organisations \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9ponses obtenues.
