Ses enjeux portent aussi bien sur une meilleure Exp\u00e9rience Employ\u00e9, qu\u2019une n\u00e9cessaire Qualit\u00e9 des Donn\u00e9es, pour ne pas parler du Respect de la Vie Priv\u00e9e, dans le monde interconnect\u00e9 dont la r\u00e9cente pand\u00e9mie acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l\u2019av\u00e8nement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une question se pose alors : ces syst\u00e8mes sont-ils bien utilis\u00e9s par leurs utilisateurs ?<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.20.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;0px|||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>a) D\u00e9finition du cadre de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce Barom\u00e8tre a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 dans le cadre de la r\u00e9alisation de notre <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><a style=\"color: #17abdd;\" href=\"https:\/\/shortways.com\/fr\/livre-blanc-adoption-sirh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Livre Blanc sur l\u2019Adoption du SIRH dans l\u2019entreprise<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9e en ligne de janvier \u00e0 avril 2022 aupr\u00e8s de 85 professionnels RH et SIRH. Elle ne visait pas \u00e0 une quelconque repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 mais a servi \u00e0 cadrer le sujet et d\u00e9gager des grandes lignes, notamment en mati\u00e8re de domaine de fonctionnalit\u00e9, et \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l\u2019enqu\u00eate qualitative.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>b) Le panel de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9pondants viennent d\u2019entreprises de toutes tailles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moins de 1000 salari\u00e9s\u00a0: 32%<\/li>\n<li>Entre 1 001 et 5000 salari\u00e9s\u00a0: 26%<\/li>\n<li>Entre 5001 et 10\u00a0000 salari\u00e9s\u00a0: 12%<\/li>\n<li>Plus de 10000 salari\u00e9s : 31%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ils ont des responsabilit\u00e9s RH et SIRH mais principalement RH :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsables Ressources Humaines : 46%<\/li>\n<li>Responsables SIRH : 36%<\/li>\n<li>Responsables Formation : 7%<\/li>\n<li>Responsables Data : 5%<\/li>\n<li>Autres fonctions RH : 6%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>c) Moyenne de l\u2019adoption du SIRH<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate a mis en \u00e9vidence<strong> une adoption encore peu ma\u00eetris\u00e9e du SIRH. <\/strong>De nombreuses entreprises ont une adoption partielle, voire absente de leur outil.<\/p>\n<p>Selon nos r\u00e9pondants, <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>la <\/strong><strong>moyenne de l\u2019adoption\/appropriation du SIRH par leurs utilisateurs est de 3\/5<\/strong><\/span>.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/shortways.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Moyenne-adoption-SIRH.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Moyenne adoption SIRH&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; width=&#8221;65%&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; min_height=&#8221;96px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; min_height=&#8221;42px&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||13px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #17abdd;\">d) Les raisons de la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019adoption\/appropriation du SIRH<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/shortways.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Infographie-raisons-difficulte-adoption.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Infographie raisons difficult\u00e9 adoption&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; width=&#8221;65%&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]Les r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>74%<\/strong><\/span> que <strong><span style=\"color: #17abdd;\">l\u2019ergonomie du SIRH<\/span> est la premi\u00e8re raison de la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019adoption du SIRH<\/strong>. En effet, les applications peuvent parfois \u00eatre elles-m\u00eames la cause de leur mauvaise adoption. Une mauvaise ergonomie peut contrarier l\u2019adoption d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019information. Un outil ne r\u00e9pondant pas aux besoins de l\u2019utilisateur, dont l\u2019interface semble rebutante, d\u2019autant plus que le chemin d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux fonctionnalit\u00e9s sera compliqu\u00e9, nuira \u00e0 la prise en main de l\u2019outil de mani\u00e8re efficace. Il faut donc que l\u2019outil soit <strong>user-friendly<\/strong>, <strong>intuitif<\/strong> sinon il est plus difficile de les convaincre des avantages et int\u00e9r\u00eats que cela repr\u00e9sente pour eux.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me et place revient ex-aequo \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><a style=\"color: #17abdd;\" href=\"https:\/\/shortways.com\/fr\/demandes-formation\/\"><strong>la formation<\/strong><\/a><strong> et l\u2019accompagnement des utilisateurs<\/strong><\/span>. A supposer que l\u2019ergonomie d\u2019un nouvel outil soit bien pens\u00e9e et qu\u2019il soit suffisamment sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs finaux, encore faut-il que la phase de d\u00e9ploiement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de toute l\u2019attention qu\u2019elle m\u00e9rite. L&#8217;accompagnement des utilisateurs dans la prise en main du nouvel outil et, plus globalement, la conduite du changement, sont l\u2019une des dimensions de tout projet SIRH. Enfin, la formation et l\u2019adoption du SIRH ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas au d\u00e9ploiement. La formation doit avoir lieu en continu, afin de maintenir un haut niveau de comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s sur l\u2019outil, les \u00e9volutions des pratiques et des outils \u00e9tant de plus en plus nombreuses et rapides.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019adoption de votre SIRH n\u2019est pas bonne, cela peut avoir un r\u00e9el impact sur votre organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, plus de <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>90%<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/shortways.com\/fr\/livre-blanc-adoption-sirh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des r\u00e9pondant<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/shortways.com\/fr\/livre-blanc-adoption-sirh\/\">s<\/a> s\u2019accordent \u00e0 dire que cela peut impacter <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>le niveau de satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et des managers<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Un impact se fait \u00e9galement sentir sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/shortways.com\/fr\/qualite-des-donnees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, comme l\u2019estiment <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>79%<\/strong><\/span> des r\u00e9pondants. En effet, un SIRH mal adopt\u00e9 peut indiquer une mauvaise compr\u00e9hension et saisie des donn\u00e9es dans le SIRH, impactant la qualit\u00e9 du reporting et de la prise de d\u00e9cision.<br \/>Notre \u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 plus globalement que les SIRH fonctionnent aujourd\u2019hui beaucoup en silos. Certains SIRH juxtaposent applications et bases de donn\u00e9es, au risque de limiter leur interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019alourdir la gestion des interfaces. Lorsque les diff\u00e9rentes applications et bases de donn\u00e9es ne sont pas bien connect\u00e9es entre elles, un risque se pr\u00e9sente de saisie en doublon, sous des formats diff\u00e9rents, d\u2019absence de saisie dans une base, sans compter les erreurs de saisie toujours possibles. La qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es s\u2019en ressent alors.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019impact porte, pour plus de <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>70%<\/strong><\/span> des r\u00e9pondants, sur la <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de la fonction RH <\/strong><\/span>et l\u2019<span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>image de marque employeur<\/strong><\/span>, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur et notamment l\u2019exp\u00e9rience candidat \u00e9tant aujourd\u2019hui au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;#17ABDD&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>f) Les dispositifs mis en place pour former les collaborateurs sur le SIRH<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/shortways.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Infographie-dispositifs-formation.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Infographie dispositifs formation&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; width=&#8221;65%&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.20.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>En majorit\u00e9, les organisations utilisent encore des supports en formation papier comme des manuels utilisateurs, des formations via des utilisateurs cl\u00e9s et relais locaux, ou encore de la formation pr\u00e9sentielle.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, <span style=\"color: #17abdd;\"><strong>les supports tendent \u00e0 se digitaliser et \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9grer \u00e0 l\u2019outil de travail lui-m\u00eame<\/strong><\/span>. Comme le pr\u00e9cise Pauline Lucas, Charg\u00e9e de support fonctionnel SIRH, GTA et Paie d\u2019une entreprise fran\u00e7aise du secteur nucl\u00e9aire : &#8220;Les collaborateurs n\u2019ont pas le temps de lire un mode op\u00e9ratoire qui fait 60 pages.
