On y observe une <span style=\"color: #38abdd;\"><strong>r\u00e9sistance structurelle<\/strong><\/span> des populations fortement syndiqu\u00e9es qui dressent un obstacle \u00e0 l\u2019adoption des outils digitaux dans la mesure o\u00f9, \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019acquisition de leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et \u00e0 un d\u00e9ficit de confiance croissant avec leur employeur, elles se sont montr\u00e9es r\u00e9fractaires dans leur quotidien. C\u2019est notamment le cas pour les collaborateurs travaillant dans les usines. Leur acc\u00e8s au SIRH est un facteur d\u00e9terminant de l\u2019autonomie digitale. Une mauvaise <strong>ergonomie<\/strong> peut contrarier l\u2019adoption d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019information.
