A l&#8217;heure o\u00f9 les directions demandent des ROI aux services formation, il devient n\u00e9cessaire de trouver de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de formation.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La formation informelle : solution pour l&#8217;apprentissage des collaborateurs<\/h3>\n<p>De nombreuses recherches, notamment <a title=\"70\/20\/10\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/70\/20\/10_Model\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&#8217;\u00e9tude de Morgan McCall, Robert W. Eichinger et Michael M. Lombardo du Center for Creative Leadership de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Princeton<\/a> qui a d\u00e9finit <strong>le mod\u00e8le 70\/20\/10<\/strong>, avancent que seulement 10% de notre apprentissage se fait de mani\u00e8re formelle. 20% de notre apprentissage se fait par le biais de son <strong>entourage et de ses coll\u00e8gues<\/strong> et 70% de notre formation se fait \u00e0 travers <strong>nos exp\u00e9riences et nos pratiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>La formation informelle repose sur 5 points :<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>un process bas\u00e9 sur l&#8217;autonomie<\/strong> : c&#8217;est l&#8217;apprenant qui va chercher des solutions et des informations et non pas l&#8217;entreprise qui va organiser des sessions de formation pr\u00e9sentielle ou autre. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire pour l&#8217;entreprise de cr\u00e9er un environnement propice \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage informel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>une formation illimit\u00e9e dans l&#8217;espace<\/strong> : l&#8217;apprentissage informel a lieu partout, \u00e0 son bureau, chez un client, en d\u00e9placement, sur son logiciel m\u00e9tier, &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>une formation &#8220;accidentelle&#8221;<\/strong> : contrairement \u00e0 la formation formelle qui a pour objectif de transmettre un savoir \u00e0 l&#8217;apprenant, l&#8217;apprentissage informel est plus &#8220;accidentel&#8221;. Il est plus compliqu\u00e9 pour l&#8217;entreprise de d\u00e9finir des objectifs qualitatifs car cet apprentissage se fait au fil de l&#8217;eau, selon les besoins et les informations que l&#8217;apprenant a \u00e0 sa disposition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>un contenu pour la performance imm\u00e9diate<\/strong> : le contenu de la formation informelle a un impact imm\u00e9diat sur le travail et la performance de l&#8217;apprenant. Il apprend au moment o\u00f9 il en a besoin, contrairement aux formations formelles qui ont des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices plus sur du moyen-long terme. Le contenu de ce savoir (d\u00e9finitions, proc\u00e9dures, modes op\u00e9ratoires, &#8230;) sera trouv\u00e9 par l&#8217;apprenant sur un intranet, un r\u00e9seau social d&#8217;entreprise, une aide en ligne contextuelle sur son application m\u00e9tier, un \u00e9change avec des key users, etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>un apprentissage informel invisible<\/strong> : la formation informelle a pour avantage d&#8217;\u00eatre quasiment invisible aux yeux de l&#8217;apprenant. Il recherche des informations, des solutions et apprend tout en travaillant, sans m\u00eame s&#8217;en rendre compte.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment organiser et &#8220;contr\u00f4ler&#8221; la formation informelle en entreprise ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec les nouvelles technologies, les entreprises ont d\u00e9sormais la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;organiser et de &#8220;contr\u00f4ler&#8221; l&#8217;apprentissage informel de ses collaborateurs.
